These terms cover work provided by ICrunch Limited Trading As Crunch (hereby referred to as Crunch). They may be varied or added to at any time by giving reasonable notice to you. These terms are deemed accepted unless you tell us in writing prior to commencing work on your behalf.
Our service We will:
- Hold all personal, business, taxation and finance information about you in the strictest of confidence.
- Notify you of any correspondence received from the Inland Revenue or other reporting agencies or any associated entities in a timely manner.
- Reply to any correspondence in a timely manner.
- Notify you of any unexpected issues that may arise which may alter your quotation and discuss with you the options available to you and any additional costs.
Our expectations of you as our client & our standards
- Our team of accountants will not start a job until ALL necessary papers for that work have been received.
- We offer an expert and timely service and we expect our clients to do the same, giving us any relevant requested information in a timely manner.
- To ensure all records are provided to us to the best of your ability.
- To notify us of any issues, discrepancies or grievances you may have as soon as they arise so that we have the chance to rectify them immediately.
- To provide us with the source records and documents needed to enable us to meet IRD and other governing body deadlines in a timely manner.
- Crunch has the right to review the quote once questionnaire and information are received if they differ from the quote information submitted
Payment Options
- To use Crunch, you need to pay the quote upfront before we proceed with any work.
- Payment must be made securely on line through PayPal unless otherwise arranged with Crunch.
- If during the course of completing your financial accounts we need to complete additional work then we will notify you immediately and advise of any further costs. Any additional costs must be paid in full before we proceed with further work.
Termination Either party may terminate these services by providing seven days notice in writing to each other. Crunch reserve the right to cease work immediately and determine our retainer by giving notice at your last known address or email if:
- you fail to make a disclosure of a material matter relevant to your business.
- in any other situation where we have good cause and give you reasonable notice.
Client Care Crunch aims to ensure you are happy with the service provided to you. If you are unhappy with any aspects of work then please contact Crunch immediately and we will attempt to rectify it. Last updated April 30, 2010 |
